Q: "How do shoe clips work?"
A: Shoe clips are simply metal clips specially designed for clipping onto shoes. They come with little 'teeth' on the inside of the clip, which grips onto the inside of your shoe when you clip them on. The clip also sits flush to the inside of your shoes, unlike earring clips, so as to prevent discomfort when you are wearing them.

Q: "How should I care for my shoe clips?"
A: Shoe clip embellishments are made from delicate materials, and require some care when removing and/or clipping onto your shoes. When putting on your shoe clip, ensure that you first remove your feet from the shoes before applying the clip. Place the embellishment, onto your shoe, and snap the clip closed onto your shoe. Check that it is secured with the teeth firmly gripping onto the inside of your shoe. To remove, first remove your feet from the shoe, then remove the clip by pulling on the inside section of the clip (with the teeth) open; not the embellishment.

A: Yes, we do deliver to all states within Australia for a flat delivery fee of $5.00. International orders should be made via email, and we will quote you a delivery fee based on your destination.

A: Send us an email with your contact details describing the fault, and if you have made an online purchase please quote your order number.
